I was just hoping everything would show up the way I ordered it, and it did. The colors matched, the items were all correct, and nothing was missing or swapped out. The package arrived in good shape too. If you’re expecting something super fancy, maybe it’s just a straightforward order experience, but for what I needed, I’m really happy with it.

I really wanted to give the site a fair shot, but it just started stressing me out. The pages were loading slowly for me, and every time I tried to use the menu, I felt like I was being sent in circles instead of getting closer to what I needed.
After a while, I was just annoyed because I couldn’t find basic info without clicking all over the place. Checkout on my phone felt awkward too, and at that point I figured it wasn’t worth pushing through. Maybe it works better on a desktop, but I gave up fast

It turned what should’ve been a simple return into something stressful. After that experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

The box was neat, nothing was crushed, and the lipstick had extra wrapping so it wasn’t sliding around during shipping. It actually felt like someone took a little care when packing it, which I definitely appreciate.
It wasn’t anything super fancy, just clean, secure, and done right. Since it arrived in great shape, I’d give it 5 stars — i wouldn’t mind a little discount or credit for taking the time to share the good experience.

I really like this lipstick. Goes on super smooth and doesn’t start feeling dry after a while. Big plus. The color was close to the pictures too, which I appreciated. No complaints here. I’d definitely buy it again.
